Chip Options
- 125kHz proximity chips (EM4100 / EM4200) for doors, turnstiles and gym management software
- NFC chips for tap-to-share and phone interaction (send us your use case and we'll match the chip)
- Also available as RFID Keytags in the same 54 x 29mm Keytag format
Print and Add-ons
- 86 x 54mm, 0.76mm, rounded corners, full colour on one or both sides
- Artwork file: 86 x 54mm finished, plus 3mm bleed each side (92 x 60mm total), CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts converted to outlines.
- Barcodes and QR codes are printed in black on a white or light-coloured panel (white, yellow, light blue, orange, lime, pink and similar) with clear space around the code. Send us your barcode format and scanner or system details so we can check the layout.
- Add-ons per run: unique barcodes +$50 · black sequential numbers +$50 · embossed numbers from $55 · foil from $100 · magnetic stripe from $60, encoding included · signature panel from $50 · scratch-off panels · variable data · hole or slot punch · matt varnish.
